Cases for Final Examination
Prof. Bill Long 4/12/06
I was so interested in many of the comments made by 3rd year students about what they had learned here at WUCL that I didn't have time to provide this information on the list of cases from which I will draw the case summary for the final examination. The case/s will be taken from the list below. If I ask you to describe two rather than one case, it will be because the two cases are closely related. The following list does not include all the cases assigned for the course, but it includes all the significant cases. You may use the Anthony Pools or other case summary essays I have done to serve as a basis or model for your own. We covered most of these cases in class discussion, but one or two you will have to do on your own.

Please notify me if you think I have made an error in any of the cases or pages. There is a lot of information here.
Good luck to you on the final. If you are a person who did both the paper and the final or just the paper, I will be able to return the papers to you during the week before graduation. Drop me an email if you would like your paper back or would like to talk about it.
