Current Events

This page presents a series of mini-essays I have written, beginning in February 2004, on a number of topics that interest me. The title, "Current Events," might not be the best or clearest title for them, embracing as they do not simply reflections on what we normally think of as current events but on life experiences that might be more accurately characterized as a "blog." In any case, until I change the name, Current Events it will be.
My three latest essays derive from my trip to California to visit my mother and brothers on July 15-July 19, 2004. They are entitled "Fear of Freezing," "Bless Tony," and "An Artist's Past."
