My 2500-Word Wordlist II

This essay gives you the "L's-Z's" of my abbreviated list of the "Frequently Appearing" words in the Kids' Bee. I would guess that the Scripps-Howard list consisted of about 6,000 or so words; I am giving you a list of 630 of some of the trickier words. Some of them (i.e., "bronze" or "brutal," to take two from one page) don't even require study. Some of them are what I would consider "good college words," which in general I don't note here. Let's continue the list, and then take a break by looking at a few of the words in the list. This list has 371 words. Total for "frequently appearing" words is 636 words.
